Terms & Conditions
These terms describe the general working conditions for YoAid projects and services. Specific project scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and support responsibilities should be confirmed in the approved proposal or agreement.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project requirements, content, images, access details, and approvals on time
- Keep backups of existing websites, applications, hosting accounts, and business data before handover
- Confirm that supplied content, brand assets, images, and third-party materials are properly licensed
- Review completed work within the agreed review period and share clear feedback
Project Delivery
YoAid works to complete projects within approved timelines. Timelines may change because of delayed approvals, third-party dependencies, scope changes, emergency issues, or communication delays. Any additional work outside the approved scope may require a revised estimate.
Payments And Third-Party Services
Payment milestones, methods, and release conditions should follow the approved agreement. Third-party tools, licenses, plugins, APIs, hosting, payment gateways, and external services are subject to their own terms and availability.
Support And Ownership
After final payment and delivery, agreed project files and access can be handed over to the client. Ongoing maintenance, upgrades, security monitoring, or marketing support can be handled under a separate support plan.
